Vegan Lemon Pineapple Smoothie

This lemon smoothie is creamy, sweet and perfectly tangy. It's made with pineapple, mango, fresh lemon juice and zest and greek yogurt for added protein. This vegan smoothie recipe is the perfect summer refreshment!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup greek yogurt dairy or non-dairy
  • Juice and zest from 1 lemon
  • ½ cup almond milk any kind of milk will work
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. I like a high speed blender for smoothies.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Add more milk as needed to help blend, how much you need will depend on the power of your blender.
  • Taste and adjust flavors as desired.

Notes

If you aren't a fan of greek yogurt, regular will work too! You can use vanilla, plain, sweetened or unsweetened. 
I used a vanilla pea protein, but any kind of protein will work.
