Hungry but don't have time to cook?! This spicy peanut butter noodle recipe is just for you. It's vegan, gluten free, easy to whip up, and packed with delicious peanut flavor.

Whisk together all sauce ingredients. This includes peanut butter, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, water and rice vinegar.

Whisk until smooth. It will be fairly thick!

Combine with cooked rice noodles of choice. 

Serve as is or with your favorite protein and veggies!
