First, add the tofu to a bowl and toss with cornstarch, spices and gluten free breadcrumbs.
Add to the air fryer at 375 for 15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes
Make the sauce. You'll need honey or maple syrup, soy sauce, veggie broth, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and cornstarch.
Combine the sauce with the tofu and toss until well coated.
Serve as is or with fresh rice, steamed broccoli and red pepper flakes.
