These crispy hot honey salmon bites are the perfect quick appetizer or dinner recipe. They’re made in the air fryer and perfect as is or served with your favorite rice and veggies!
First, cut salmon into 1-inch cubes. Remove the skin by pouring boiling water over it for 30 seconds and peeling it off if desired. Toss salmon with oil in a mixing bowl. Combine breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small dish, then add to the salmon and toss.
Place in a lightly greased air fryer in a single layer (you may need to do two batches). Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Whisk together ingredients for honey sauce. After salmon cools for 5 minutes, toss in sauce. Serve alone or with rice and veggies, such as arugula.
