PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 20 minutes SERVES: 12 cupcakes DIET: grain free, dairy free

These almond flour chocolate cupcakes are moist, fluffy, tender and made in just one bowl! They'e paleo friendly and completely dairy free.

1) Combine almond flour, tapioca, cocoa, baing soda & salt. 

2) Add in eggs, honey, coconut sugar, oil, vanilla, vinegar and non-dairy milk.

3) Fill a lined cupcake tray 2/3 of the way up.

4) Bake at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean.

Top with dairy free chocolate buttercream and enjoy!
