VEGAN BANANA CAKE

This vegan banana cake is moist with a tender crumb, completely gluten free and finished with a delicious buttercream frosting. This vegan gluten free cake is perfect for any occasion and is so easy to make!

First, whisk together the banana puree, sugar, oil, milk and vanilla. 

Whisk in the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon

Add to lined pans and bake. 

Top with a vegan chocolate buttercream frosting.

Top with fresh banana and walnuts.
