Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray with oil spray.
Slice your peaches in half, then cut each half in 2-3 pieces- discard the pit. For smaller peaches, I just sliced each half in half, but for larger ones, I sliced each half into 3 pieces.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
Add the peaches to the bowl and toss well to combine.
Add the peaches to the air fryer and and cook for 10-12 minutes- depending on size and how soft you like them.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, crushed graham crackers and an additional sprinkle of brown sugar and cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
