These are the best air fryer sweet potato wedges! They're crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfectly seasoned and ready to eat in about 30 minutes.
Wash and dry your sweet potatoes. Cut off the ends, then cut into wedge shapes. It will depend on the size of your potatoes, but I usually cut in half widthwise, then into slices and then each slice into 2-4 wedges depending on the thickness.
Add to a bowl and toss with the oil, then toss with the spices until well coated.
Spray your air fryer with oil and add the sweet potatoes in. I usually do this in two batches because they cook more evenly and crisp better when they cook in a single layer.
Air fry for 16-20 minutes or until fork tender, tossing halfway through.
Repeat with the other half of the potatoes if needed.
Serve with your favorite sauces, I love ketchup, honey mustard or my chipotle aioli. Enjoy!
