Total: 5 minutesmins
Ingredients
1cupfrozen cauliflower florets
½cupfrozen blueberries
½cupfrozen blackberries
1ripe bananacan sub mango or pineapple
1 - 1 ½cupscoconut water
Juice form 1 limelemon is good too, but I prefer lime!
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, starting with just 1 cup of coconut water.
Blend until completely smooth, adding more coconut water as needed to thin. Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
If you prefer it thicker, add a bit more frozen cauliflower, if you like it sweet you can add a bit of honey or your favorite protein powder which often contain stevia.
Transfer to glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
You can sub the coconut water for almond milk or another non-dairy milk, but coconut water adds some more natural sweetness and tastes really delicious in this recipe! If you don't have chia seeds, you can leave them out or sub flax or hemp.
