Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8 or 9 inch pan, I used a cast iron pan, but any kind of baking dish will work!
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder and onion powder until well combined.
Fold in the chicken, green onion, mozzarella and 1/2 cup of the cheddar. Mix everything well to combine.
Transfer to your prepared pan and spread evenly. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden on top.
Sprinkle with diced green onion and serve with veggies, chips etc. and enjoy!
