High Protein Yogurt Fruit Dip
by:
claire cary
This greek yogurt fruit dip is a high protein snack that takes just 5 minutes to throw together! It's made with a few simple ingredients and has 3 different flavors to choose from and 11 grams of protein per serving!

Instructions
Chocolate and vanilla
For the chocolate and vanilla flavors, add all ingredients to a bowl.
Whisk until completely smooth.
Taste and adjust flavors as desired. For the chocolate, you may want a bit more honey since the cocoa adds some bitterness.
Strawberry
Cut the tops of the strawberries and add to a blender with all ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust flavors as desired. This one will be a bit thinner in consistency than the others because of the strawberries.
Unfortunately, just the strawberry jam didn't add a rich enough flavor, so the fresh strawberries really help!
Serve with fresh fruit (I love grapes, pineapple, apples, peaches and strawberries) or graham crackers and pretzels.
