Iced Strawberry Latte

This iced strawberry latte is the ultimate way to start your day this Summer. It's sweetened naturally with honey, so easy to make and can be customized based on your own preferences.

Ingredients

Strawberry Syrup

Latte

  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 4 shots espresso
  • optional: pinch of cinnamon and/or salt

Instructions

  • Add your chopped strawberries to a blender with the honey and vanilla. Add more or less honey depending on your sweetness preference.
  • Blend until smooth. Transfer to a small pot on the stove and heat over medium/high heat. Bring to a low boil, then reduce the heat to medium/low and simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavor deepen and the sauce thicken. Set aside to cool.
  • Once cool, add about 2 tablespoons each to two glasses (or more as desired! you will have more strawberry sauce than the two lattes need), and top with ice. Pour on top the milk, then add your espresso. Mix to combine and enjoy!
