Add all ingredients to a blender
Process until completely smooth, adding more liquid if needed to make blending easier.
Taste and add more spice if desired.
You can use a fresh banana in place of frozen, but add a handful of ice cubes so the smoothie is nice and cold.
You can use sweet potato puree from a can, or bake 1 sweet potato at 400 degrees for about 45-60 minutes and scoop out 1/2 cup of flesh.
Any kind of non dairy milk will work in this recipe, I personally use almond milk.
