Best Asian Noodle Recipes

Oodles of noodles! You probably know by now that I’m a big fan of all types of Asian noodles. I’m always looking for quick and easy dinner recipes when I just can’t be bothered to cook anything fancy but still want something with lots of flavor.

All of these recipes are made with rice noodles to keep them gluten free and they’re all vegetarian and mostly vegan as well.

Many Asian noodle dishes will use wheat noodles, rice noodles or glass noodles. I always go with rice noodles since the white and brown varieties work well in different types of recipes.

I often like to pair them with my teriyaki salmon or chicken for a little extra protein, but if you want to keep it plant-based, my teriyaki tofu or air fried tofu are all delicious with these recipes as well.

1) Garlic Sesame Noodles

One of the OG and most popular Eat With Clarity recipes for good reason! With toasted sesame oil, tahini and sesame seeds for a rich flavor, these garlic sesame noodles are ready in just 20 minutes and perfect with veggies, chicken or salmon.

2) Chili Garlic Noodles

If you’re into spicy, these chili garlic noodles are just for you. You can make them mild, medium or extra spicy, depending on your preference. Quick, easy and chock full of flavor.

3) Peanut Butter Noodles

Hungry but don’t have time to cook?! This spicy peanut butter noodle recipe is just for you. It’s vegan, gluten free, easy to whip up, and packed with delicious peanut flavor.

4) Red Curry Noodles

These Thai red curry noodles are one of my absolute favorite recipes. They’re extra saucy and therefore flavorful and come together in just about 15 minutes!

5) Ramen Stir Fry

We usually think of ramen as soup, but this simple ramen noodle stir fry is a favorite in the Asian noodles department.

I’m not usually a big mushroom gal, but when they’re paired with noodles and my favorite teriyaki sauce, I’ll pretty much eat anything. These vegan teriyaki Asian noodles are quick, easy and perfect for meal prep.

7) Thai Noodle Salad

A little something lighter! This colorful Thai noodle salad features crisp veggies, brown rice noodles and a reader favorite Thai peanut sauce that I swear you’ll want to put on everything.

8) Veggie Stir Fry

This vegetable noodle stir fry has crispy pan fried tofu, sautéed vegetables like broccoli and asparagus, and perfectly cooked rice noodles. It’s vegan, gluten free and easy to make!

9) Vegetable Lo Mein

Craving take out but don’t want to wait?! This homemade vegetable lo mein recipe is quick, easy and full of flavor. Made with simple ingredients and no fancy sauces, this is the perfect simple weeknight dinner.

10) Vegan Pad Thai

This vegan pad thai has tons of fresh veggies, brown rice noodles and a homemade scrambled tofu in place of eggs! It’s full of flavor and so easy to make.

11) Spicy Ramen Noodles

These spicy ramen noodles are so easy to make, ready in about 20 minutes and full of flavor. Serve as is or with your favorite veggies and choice of protein. I love tofu, ground beef, salmon, or chicken!

12) Spicy Peanut Chicken Noodles

These spicy chicken noodles are so easy to make, saucy, subtly sweet with hints of peanut butter and completely gluten free. They’re ready to eat in about 30 minutes and perfect for a simple weeknight dinner.

    I have made both the sesame noodles and spicy garlic so far without meat and totally loved them for a filling but light evening meal. Left overs — great lunch or craved breakfast. Now that I think about all 3 leftovers didn’t survive till lunch. ๐Ÿ‘
