I was late to the air fryer bandwagon. I admittedly didn’t understand at first and thought they were a bit overhyped. Well, let me tell you I use my air fryer pretty much daily and don’t think I could live without it. Here you can find over 20 of my favorite air fryer recipes. All gluten free, packed with flavor and perfect for a family favorite meal.

From chicken and salmon recipes to simple desserts like my air fryer apples, there is something here for everyone. It makes cooking so much more hands off. There are so many air fryers on the market, I have one from the brand Cosori that I have had for years and absolutely love it! Perfect in the summer months when it’s just too hot to turn on the oven or when you’re looking for a quick and easy meal for your family.

The best things to cook in an air fryer

There are SO many things you can cook in an air fryer (people literally make cake in the air fryer) but I find it best for recipes that you want crispy on the outside but still juicy on the inside like my air fryer chicken thighs. For recipes like my bang bang salmon bowls and air fryer chicken cutlets, you end up with a much more even “bake” and crispier texture than you would in a traditional oven.

I also love to use air fryer basket liners to make the clean up process really easy. You may need to shop around to find ones that fit your specific air fryer.
